Back from a customer - product return form
You are asked to fill out this form clearly. Only readable and fully completed and signed forms will be processed.
- If a customer makes you an article within 30 days, in order to obtain a replacement product, you must send us the receipt as well as the form of return product to: Forever Living Products, Postbus 99, 3740 AB Baarn, the Netherlands or by e-mail on support@foreverliving.nl.
- The replacement product will be sent to you within three weeks.
- You must keep the product made by the customer for two weeks.
- We do surveys for controller applications.
- If you are not contacted within two weeks by the social seat you can throw the item.
Delivery time
- To get service, orders are shipped automatically every hour to our Forever Direct distribution center.
- Your order will be processed the same day and will be mailed the next day (DPD) where by UPS, depending on the selected reception possibility.
- Post book often the day after sending your parcel and UPS can take a maximum of 3 working days.
Return of the Forever Business Owner / termination of your FBO
Forever redeems only Forever unsold and still marketable products, and only when they are purchased during the past 12 months by all Forever Business Owner having terminated his contract to Forever Business Owner.
- In all other cases a Forever Business Owner don't have the possibility to return products.
