Study on the Satisfaction of customer

One of the best ways to improve the relationship with customers is to ask them what they think of the products and services offered and how you can improve it to better serve. You can develop a study on the satisfaction of the customer on the basis of the guide and the following issues. Customize them depending on what your business really needs to know at any given time. This may become a regular tool of research, so not worth it to want to just ask both.

You should drive in person your study on satisfaction of the customer-preferably face to face. If the distance prevents this personal contact, made at least an interview by phone after sending a copy of the form of the questionnaire to the interviewed so that it can follow the form with you.

The advantage to speak with the client rather than simply complete form is that you pay particular attention that will leave a positive impression to your client. Should it simply fill in the form, it will have the impression that you use time to your advantage and not to its advantage.

Personal contact also allows you to read between the lines and gather subtleties which does appear on a questionnaire very simply. Use the time of the interview to prepare a report of new level with clients. Let them know you respect their opinions and values by learning from them. Take the time to ask questions that go beyond the formality of the questionnaire to inform you of urgent client needs, take advantage of the opportunity to test ideas for new products/services that you could provide and inform you on your competitors - what they offer and how your business compares to them. Don't let no opportunity pass to have a contact from a client - even if the message that you receive is negative, the customer will know that you care for him. And don't forget that it is also a business opportunity.
