Notification of limited warranty

NOTIFICATION OF LIMITED WARRANTY

The goods purchased are exempt from guarantee in case of defects due to the fault of workers or spare parts. If the goods are defective, they will be repaired or replaced, at the decision of the provider, without compensation to the provider within a period of [specify the duration of the period] from the date of purchase with proof of purchase satisfaction by the supplier and containing the date of purchase.

This warranty is granted only to the original purchaser and becomes null and void in the following cases:

• The goods are damaged after their purchase due to negligence or accident;
• The goods are used for purposes other than those to which they are supposed to be used or are not used in accordance with user (the notice) delivered with the goods to purchase.
• Goods have been adjusted or repaired by any other person that the supplier or Service Center authorized (if necessary, a list of authorized maintenance centers is available from the supplier), or
• Goods have been added or have been used with other assets, which could affect their integrity, their performance, their safety or their credibility.

This warranty is given in lieu of all other guarantees and assurances, expressly described or implied, whose particular problems related to the quality, fitness to their use or their susceptibility to be sold, and the provider accepts no responsibility under any circumstances whatsoever for any consecutive damage or sudden loss which whatsoever from the use or inability to use of the goods.

Please return the goods to your supplier when the warranty is applicable: it will take care to replace them.
