CHECKLIST RESPONSE HAS A REQUEST OFFER
Many experienced entrepreneurs continue to ask how to file a response to a request for service offering. We propose a template that you can use to respond to bid requests. The content may vary depending on the requirements of the terms of reference. By completing the various sections, you should consider how to meet each your customer requirements
- Context & understanding of mission
Quickly browse the General needs expressed by the client. Example: Company ABC would like to set up a network to connect all computers in its offices to share spaces disks and printers, and to provide automatic backup copies of its documents.
- Methodological approach
Analyze the different components of the terms of reference and detail how you will respond. Use diagrams to illustrate each case. This part will be the longest section of your offer and could have several sub-sections.
- Calendar/timeline
When will you start? What will be the duration of your mission? Provide an overview of your project calendar table.
- Team
This section is optional. Some companies prefer to know who will execute the project, particularly government projects. It would be interesting to attach the CVS of the members of the team here.
- Cost
Divide the cost in equipment and staff time to cover the budget. Don't forget to specify the terms of payment, discounts for payments before maturity, the other costs or payment information.
- Support information
Your information of support here (for example, if you try to convince them to use a particular type of technology networks, join quotations for third parties, research, test results, etc.). You can reach information about similar projects that you had to lead for other companies as well as their results. Also include testimony from clients, press clippings, etc.
