Contract for sale of goods

This contract of sale of goods takes effect from this day on (DATE), date of its signature.

Seller warrants that the goods are currently free of any easement and that at the time of delivery, they will be free of any interest of any other link or warranty or commitment.

8. OF THE POSTAGE OF TITLE
Furthermore, Seller warrants that at the time of the signing of this contract the seller knows or has no reason to recognize the existence of an existing title or a complaint for title opposing the right of the seller on the property.

9. THE RIGHT OF INSPECTION
The buyer will have the right to inspect the goods upon arrival, and not more than [number] days after delivery the buyer shall notify the seller of any complaint for compensates for reason of condition, quality or level of property, and the buyer must specify in detail the basis of its claim.
