ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW PRICING POLICY

As you know, [specify] has been our guiding principle. Because most of our clients pay more and more with much delay, we are obliged to implement trade policies more binding. We apply this fact from [DATE], the following policy:

1. If a client is lagging more than [number] days in its monthly payments, we [specify]

2. a late fee will be applied to accounts that are more than [number] days.
