Profile of clients
Your customer is every person or company who buys your product, and they must be persuaded somehow to buy it. But another person or company could actually use your product. For example, the Director of the computer Department may buy a product, but it is the programmer who uses it. Try to see how you will achieve both or know what will attract them.
Are your customers individuals or companies?
* When you sell to individuals : define their gender, age, social status, level of education, profession, level of income, religion, lifestyle, personalities, buying habits and other significant demographic factors.
* When you sell to businesses : define their sector, levels of sales, or any factor description of companies to which you sell.
Geographical profile

* What is the number of clients in your market?
* What is the volume of annual sales in units on the market?
* What is the volume of annual sales in dollars on the market?
